The Institute of Personality Development & Customer Relationship Management. It is a professional body established to bring about synergy between personality development and customer relationship management.

Membership spans every career stage, from graduates through Associate and Full Membership to Fellowship, and every profession. Because the Institute is interdisciplinary, accountants, journalists, PR practitioners, academics, teachers, clergy, politicians, engineers and bankers all belong. Corporate membership is also available for organisations.

The application form costs ₦5,000 (five thousand naira only) and is obtainable at the Institute's Corporate Office & Training Hub at 15B Oba Olagbegi Avenue, Old Bodija, Ibadan, or any of the Institute's representative offices nationwide.

There are four individual grades, Graduate Member, Associate Member, Full Member and Fellow, plus a Corporate Membership category for organisations. Each grade has defined entry requirements; see Membership Categories for details.

Yes. Prospective members complete the Institute's Professional Development Workshop before induction. It is the practical bridge between application and membership.

Yes. Our online Verify Membership tool is coming soon and will let you confirm a member's name, grade, status and credential. Organisations routinely need this during hiring and procurement due diligence. Until then, contact the Registrar's office for confirmation.
